This confirms our conversation of about half an hour on May 2.
Workers’ compensation stress claims are among the most complex types of cases. I certainly do not claim to have a good understanding of your case on the basis of our relatively brief phone conversation. I do think you have a possible case and I did recommend to you that you keep looking for an attorney who may be interested.
If you are looking to place blame for the mess workers’ comp stress claims are in, look at Governor Wilson and the insurance industrial as they are responsible for the 1993 changes in the law.
