Labor Relations Board (NLRB): If Your employer
has violated the National Labor Relations Act, Your Union can file
a complaint. If your Union has failed to represent you in an appropriate
legal manner you can file a complaint against the Union. If you have a
problem with the NLRB contact your Congressperson for help.
