National Labor Relations Board (NLRB): If Your employer has violated the National Labor Relations Act, Your Union can file a complaint. If your Union has failed to represent you in an appropriate legal manner you can file a complaint against the Union. If you have a problem with the NLRB contact your Congressperson for help.

U.S. Department of Labor: Click on "Department Agencies" for a complete listing of agencies such as "Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)". Your State may have a State OSHA and it may be more appropriate. If you have a problem with any Federal Government agency contact your Congressperson for help.
