| The Bridge Way - Fremont is an eight unit apartment complex with four
3 bedroom and four 2 bedroom apart-ments. Four of the units are designated
as transitional units, three as below market rate housing, and one unit
houses Tri-City Homeless Coalition vol-unteer staff. Project completed
in May 1999. |
|
| Two sites in Fremont and Union City were acquired for eleven units
of transi-tional housing for formerly homeless households who are participating
in qualified job training programs or in school for jobs that will lead
to an abili-ty to pay market rate rent. The Union City site is a 3-unit
apartment building. Funding for this project includes HOME, CDBG,
