Dear Craig:

Teamsters Local No. 70 is in receipt of your letter dated May 8, 1997, regarding, "Use of Profanity on Company Property." You sound like UPS management trying to tell me what to do. The incident you refer to on April 24, 1997, is a joke at best. I talked to you the same way I have in the past. Let me remind you I was having a private conversation that you interrupted, plus you threatened me. Incidentally, you have your nerve complaining about me when you have the reputation of being out of control with your mouth. In fact, you have two nicknames: "Speedy" and "Schizo" speak for themselves. My personality is mine and has been accepted for many, many years, and it will not change!

I am not involved in the other incident you refer to, so I will not address it. You talk about respect, but you forgot something along the way. Respect is earned and you have a long way to go before you get it from me and most of your coworkers. You should put your efforts into working with the Union to help your coworkers instead of trying to divide the workforce and set me up with some phone charges.
