Dear Craig:

Please be advised that I am in receipt of your letter dated August 14 and I am glad to hear that you did not have a heart attack. Hope you are doing well.

The incident you referred to regarding John Robinson was taken care of by yourself without my knowledge. It was my intent to leverage the John Robinson case against your pending discharge for your hair being out of compliance, but that's not to be now. Please let me know what harassment you have been getting—be specific as to date, time, place, who, etc., so I can follow up on it.

We will discuss your status as a shop steward at a later date when you have fully recovered. For your information, Mike Medina is off on disability and I have made other arrangements.
