NOTICE! Members of the public may address the Council on any items of interest that are within the jurisdiction of the City Council. Individuals who wish to speak should complete a gold card giving his/her name, and the appropriate agenda number (description). Individuals will be heard during the City Council's consideration of the item. If the item is not listed on either agendas, describe the subject matter on the gold card and it will be called under Item 5, Citizens to be Heard (Public Comment) on the Council Agenda. Time limit is 3 minutes and is subject to modification by the Mayor.

7:00 P.M., OR IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE CONCLUSION OF THE PINOLE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETING, THE CITY COUNCIL WILL CONVENE TO A CLOSED SESSION IN THE FOLLOWING MATTER:

  1. Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9 (a), the City Council will meet with legal counsel regarding Lionsgate vs. City of Pinole (arbitration proceedings).
  2. Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8, the Pinole Redevelopment Agency Board of Directors will meet to give directions to its negotiator, Marc Grisham, regarding an updated lease agreement for Agency owned property at 1255 Pinole Valley Road.
