Dear Dan:

Attached is a copy of my reply to the letters of February 26, 1997, from Kenneth K0, Supervisory Attorney, at the National Labor Relations Board. I think I have been able to answer the questions he has posed with the exception of one.

I am not satisfied with the company's answer and its provision of the orientation packet. I am still concerned about those matters. I believe that we are in agreement on this matter and I would sincerely appreciate a definitive letter in order to alleviate any ambiguity relevant to this matter.
