Enclosed is a copy of a letter which I sent to Dan Varela this date. Hopefully, my listing of the pending issues as set forth in that letter is correct; if it is not, please advise me right away what is wrong. This will also confirm my understanding that the only discrimination issue which you arae presently raising in this case involves the company's denying you access to its facility because you are on workers' compensation (and, possibly, its position that you also could not attend a panel meeting because you are on workers' compensation), and that you have agreed that this charge is not meant to include your July 15, 1996 discharge letter or the subsequent settlement of a grievance filed over that discharge letter.
