Give complete report of complaint / grievance: I was escorted off Company property on December 20, 1997 and my identification pass was confiscated by Automotive Manager, Mike Sousa and Automotive Supervisor, Adolph Sanchez. This was done shortly after Mr. Sousa called John Naddy, Division Labor Manager, and informed him that I was on the premises. I was discussing Tony Holloway's discrimination grievance with coworker, Matt Garcia, in the break room during Matt's break. Please see attached certified letter to Mr. John Naddy for additional details.
Relief being sought: I wish the Company to desist from subjecting me to prejudicial and discriminatory policies.
